I had the pleasure of working Chi Ossé in 2021 during his campaign for City Council on two animated explainer videos. The first was about New York City's new voting system, Ranked Choice Voting. The second was for the One Shot Deal, an emergency assistance program designed to help people who can't meet an expense due to an unexpected situation or event.

Chi’s campaign had a minimal design system — mainly consisting of a typeface and color palette. I paired this with simple illustrations, infographics, and textures to make an ownable style that we used across the two videos.
